Collins products are available in a multitude of finishes such as leather, glass, PU, veneer, stone, wooden textured fronts among several others.

What is the scope of customization in Collins furniture?

Customers have an incredible amount of flexibility in customising their furniture to reflect their unique taste. The Collins library has over 100+ colours to choose from. Apart from this, if a customer wants a colour that is not available in the library, Collins can source the colour and finish from its network of European board companies. Customers can also design and customers the internal elevation of their furniture to ensure optimum space utilization.

What is the warranty offered by Collins?

Collins offers a 7-year warranty on the entire product, except lights. However, it does not cover physical damage, alterations done to the wardrobe by the client or contractor, natural calamities, etc.

Where is the company located?

Collins is headquartered in Mumbai with a 4000-sq ft flagship store located in the most premium location of Lower Parel. In addition to this store, Collins has showrooms in Hyderabad and Chennai*. The 60,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility is located in the garden city of Bengaluru.

Does Collins take up projects in cities where it doesn’t have showrooms?

Collins has an extensive network of dealers and distributors in India. Having been in the market for the last 35+ years, Collins has developed competence within its workforce, applied technology, and logistics to deliver on remote location projects seamlessly.

What is the expected delivery time for kitchens and wardrobes?

From the date of final measurements and final confirmation (from the client-side), Collins takes 4-6 weeks to deliver the furniture.

When are the final furniture measurements taken?

It is possible to take the final measurements after the walls (pre-painting), tiling, and ceiling work is completed at the site. Till such time, all measurements taken are for approximation purposes only.

Does Collins have the adequate production capacity to deliver on a large project (with multiple wardrobes, kitchens, and other furniture requirements?)

The manufacturing facility is equipped to process more than 50 kitchen and wardrobe cabinets in a single day. Such large-scale production allows Collins to deliver large projects within the prescribed timelines.

How is Collins different from other modular furniture companies?

Collins is a manufacturer, not merely an assembler. Assemblers get various parts of the furniture such as carcasses, shutters, and hardware from different vendors which impacts the product quality, increases margins of errors, and leads to higher chances of delivery delays. On the contrary, since Collins manufactures from start-to-finish, it keeps tight control on quality, finish as well as delivery.

What is the production process that is followed at Collins?

Collins imports carcasses, shutters, and hardware from Italy and Germany. These parts are then processed in the Bengaluru facility as per the specific customised requirements of the client. This allows Collins to deliver furniture that exudes European brilliance at Indian prices.
